The G2 SM doesn't come with an insole - so you can add your own to customise the fit. There is a known design issue with the G2 SM - some customers are reporting the outer layer can wear through at the point where the chunky Boa Dial rubs against it. We recommend adding a patch to the inside of the outer boot in that area. If you’re handy with a needle and thread you can stitch a thin leather or kevlar patch on, although simply sticking some gaffa tape on there will be better than nothing!
